When reconnecting to your body retriggers your trauma but you are the own perpetrator of this new traumatic event, how do you move on?

How to mechanically tell your body that you mean no harm to, um, yourself? How to mechanically tell your body to relax and let go? How to mechanically tell your body to enjoy this self traumatization and exposure therapy when you are alone in your room and with your thoughs? How to look at your trigger in the eyes, and keep yourself centered? 

How, how can I move on?
